My take on the after affects of the unrest SA

I feel the unrest which has taken place in some parts of the country, last week would have definitely had an negative impact on people’s peace of mind and the economic growth in South Africa. As many shops and warehouses were ransacked and some have even been torched by protesters. Clean-up operations have already gotten under way, to try and restore the economy, as many may have to start their businesses all over again from scratch. The army army has gone around collecting some of the items which were stolen, but in my opinion nobody will want to buy it now. Aid has been sent to the affected areas, but I think if everyone in South Africa would just respect other’s and or their property, then aid wouldn’t have to be sent to unrest affected areas. Calm is being restored in certain parts of the country.
